Currently writing the review as my payment is being processed which gives you an indication of how happy I am. I was originally quoted a day plus of service which ended up being an hour. My problem was quickly diagnosed by Russel and his expertise put me at ease as I was concerned about my brand new power system (agm batteries, solar, charge controller etc) which was all brand new. Cant recommend Tammi and Russell enough they do great work and know what they are talking about.

I have had a lot of trouble with another RV repair shop.  I Came out to visit Russell and Peggy to show my Newmar Essex and to get a feeling about them...  I was pleasantly surprised by the care and insight showed to our RV..  My wife and I had a trip planned, and we gave them a lengthy list to repair..  One instrument cluster came in DOA, was sent back and returned just in time to complete the repairs...  I was call and kept informed on the repairs.  The RV was ready when we requested, repairs were completed.. I am so happy to have found such a quality place!! You couldn't do better, but you could do worse..  I'm a happy camper and will bring my rig back if anything else happens... Repairs were: batteries/fresh water/ grey/ black/ propane/ console/ leveling jacks/ water leak/  and drivers window motor......   Great service, fair prices and done on time...  What more could you ask for!!  2003 Newmar Essex, 44 foot long RV....Thank you:

I Called Get U Goin RV Service as my AC was not working. They came to Columbus to Thousand Trails RV Park and found a dirt dobbers nest. Cleaned it all out and then cleaned my AC and these people only charged ½ of what some of the others had quoted. Highly Recommend nice people: Always try and use Family Owned Companies

We stayed in the Katy Lakes RV Park. I was with my Dad he was very ill and we had several issues and called Get U Goin RV Repair and Peggy said they were very busy but would try and get someone out. Russell came out late that same day and did the repairs so we would have heat. We encountered another issue with the sewage and electrical over the next few weeks they came each time and did not even charge for some of the work they performed. I can never express how Thankful we were to find such nice people during this difficult time. Highly Highly Recommend this company.

We have been using Get U Goin RV Repair for at least 5 years. We keep our unit in the States and live in Hawaii. We always have our unit serviced by Russell when we come to the states we make sure we schedule and work our way down so he can work on our coach. Do not trust anyone else great people and do honest work.

I am very pleased with the service you provided. I really appreciate that you were here the next morning working on my broken refrigerator. We had plans to take out our 5th wheel the very next weekend. You came over right away, had the problem diagnosed within 1 hr and were here the next day installing the new control panel. The fridge is working perfectly 3 months later!  Russell was very friendly, I will be calling when its time winterize.

I have owned RV's and travel trailers for over 35 years. I must say you provided me with 1 of the best services I have ever encountered. When you told me you would see me later the same afternoon I was waiting for the call stating you would have to come the next day. Well, that didn't happen; you were at my door just as you said! I Know if you didn't have to wait on parts you would have finished it at the same time. I appreciate you doing exactly what you said and also for saving me money.

We were fortunate to get referred to this wonderful family owned caring business from a fellow camper who saw our distress when we landed at Camping World in Katy Texas to find out what was wrong with our generator which would not turn over.
We went to Camping  World because we had just had a complete generator service a month earlier in Tennessee at Camping World.  Since we were passing through and didn’t have an appointment they said the soonest the could see us was eleven days away. Even after we told them about just having a complete generator workup a month ago and only putting 15 hours on the generator since.
I called Peggy and she said to come right over and they’d see what they could do. She even offered us overnight electric if they wouldn’t be able to get it fixed that day but as it turned out Russell knew right away that there wasn’t any problem with the generator but that we needed an internal battery which he had right on site. After figuring where our battery was, which we had no idea and installing it we were on our way. 
Peggy even let me charge all my devices while we were there.
So grateful to have met this kind caring family.
I would highly recommend them if you need RV service.
